About this liver health checker
This free liver health checker is a short online check of the everyday habits that put extra work on your liver: how you party, what you eat on those nights, how you feel the next morning, and a few basics about your health. It takes about 2 minutes, and at the end you get a simple colour-coded result with practical tips you can start using this week.
It is a lifestyle check, not a medical test. It can’t tell you whether your liver is healthy; only a doctor and the right tests can do that. What it can do is show which of your habits matter most and what to change first.

How the liver health checker works
You answer up to 12 short questions in two parts. Most of them need just one tap.
- Your party habits: how often you go to parties or big dinners, how many drinks you usually have, what you drink, how fast you drink, what you snack on, what you have for dinner, and how you feel the next morning.
- Your everyday health: your age and sex, your height and weight (used to work out your BMI), any conditions a doctor has told you about, when your liver was last checked, and whether you’ve noticed any warning signs.
Your answers then lead to one of three results:
- Green: your liver is handling your social life well. You’ll see what you’re already doing right and a few tips to keep it that way.
- Amber: some of your habits are putting extra load on your liver. You’ll see which ones, why they matter, and simple changes to try first.
- Red: something you told us needs a doctor’s check before anything else, so you’ll be asked to see a doctor first.
You can go back and change any answer before you see your result, and you can take the check again whenever you like.
Who is this liver health checker for?
It is for adults who go to parties, weddings or big dinners and want a quick, honest look at how those nights affect them. It works even if you don’t drink at all, because heavy party meals count too.
If you already have a liver condition, or you notice warning signs such as yellowing of the eyes or skin, please don’t rely on an online check. See a doctor.
Simple ways to support your liver
Small changes add up: make one drink last longer, stick to one type of drink in a night, choose fresh or roasted snacks over fried ones, go lighter on dinner on party nights, and walk briskly most days. Liver health checker FAQs
How long does the check take?
About 2 minutes. There are up to 12 short questions, and most need just one tap.
Do I need to sign up?
No. There’s no sign-up, and the check doesn’t ask for your name, phone number or email.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. This check is for awareness, not diagnosis. It does not replace a doctor’s advice or a medical test.
What should I do if my result is amber?
Start with the changes listed in your result. Given your result, an LFT blood test and an abdominal ultrasound (USG) are a good idea even if you feel fine.
What should I do if my result is red?
Please see a doctor first. Some of the signs you noticed need a doctor’s check before anything else. Book an appointment and mention every sign you noticed.
Can I take the check again?
Yes. Tap “Take the check again” at the end of your result. It’s a simple way to see how your habits change over time.
